I’ve worked in many sectors so quite often there are very similar leadership challenges. I’ve designed and facilitated a number of leadership initiatives such as creating programmes on leading change, personal impact and influence, to brilliant presentation skills and coaching, to having courageous and engaging performance conversations. These are just a few of the initiatives I’ve designed in the past which have all been linked to growing your leadership capability in the business in order to take it to where you need it to deliver outstanding business performance.
I keep it as simple as possible so it’s pragmatic and appeals to every leader so they know what to do, and how to change to meet the challenges facing them.
I won the CIPD award for Leadership Development in 2010 along with my team and I think this was really down to making it very simple and relevant but also very focused on the business.
