I started out my adult life after university as cabin crew for British Airways so I’ve always been involved in how to create the best possible customer experience. Without realising it I just started to see that whichever sector you were in ( and I have been in quite a few) that to deliver the best possible customer experience, you need to create the most amazing employee experience and this is down to some key levers; identifying and developing fabulous leaders, having a culture that listens to and respects their employees, a focus on investing in brilliant teams and finally embedding a real belief that anyone can achieve whatever they desire to deliver a highly-performing, joined up organisation with a real investment in people development.
